A Notary will arrive with a table and two chairs. The notary will set up and stamp every valid document in the building! Bring as many of your customers or documents as you would like within a one-hour sitting. Includes travel and administrative fee.

All signers must have an unexpired state/ federal photographic identification, willing to sign without coercion or under duress. Real estate documents do not apply.
